As part of the Operations team in Singapore, you’ll be at the core of ensuring our delivery network remains efficient, scalable, and loved by riders, customers, and partners alike. You will work with exceptional teammates in a mission-driven, data-forward culture that prizes both creativity and impact.

Responsibilities

• Work with large datasets to build dashboards, tracker, model to help drive strategic data-driven decisions.

• Working with cross-functional teams to improve business performance and operational excellence.

• Support the implementation of new operational initiatives and evaluate their impact.

• Create and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.

• Track market trends and categorise useful information.

• Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operations.

• Ad-hoc tasks relevant to the team’s requirements.

Requirements

• Undergraduate/Bachelor's degree in Business/ Computer Science/ Engineering/ Economics or related field.

• Basic skills of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets are required.

• Familiarity with programming languages and know-how for analytics e.g. SQL, Python, R, Macros and/ or App Script is a plus.

• Experience with data analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).

• Experience managing/leading projects in school or past work/internship is a plus.

• 3-6 months of relevant internship experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• An interest in technology and logistics.

• You must be a self-starter as we will look for you to manage your own time and priorities here.
