Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a quality check of jewellery pieces.

  • Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in jewelry items

  • Collaborate with production and design teams to maintain quality standards

  • Implement and adhere to quality control procedures

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve quality-related issues

  • Work cooperatively with cross-functional teams to manage supplier relationships

What you’ll need

  • 5 years of prior experience in jewellery quality control, ensuring adherence to high industry standards.

  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a meticulous, process-driven approach to inspecting fine jewellery.

  • Well-versed in the end-to-end jewellery manufacturing process, with a deep understanding of each stage of jewellery production.

  • Solid knowledge of gemstones, metals, and overall jewellery craftsmanship, including common quality issues and best practices.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams including production, design, and logistics.

  • Sound understanding of the international jewellery market and varying customer expectations across regions.

  • Experienced in export-level quality control, including packaging, compliance, and documentation for global shipments.
