As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Mindvalley, you will be instrumental in architecting and delivering cutting-edge web experiences that are fast, modular, and scalable. Your deep expertise in modern web technologies and headless CMS platforms will guide the evolution of our digital infrastructure, ensuring seamless content delivery and optimal user engagement across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Scalable Web Solutions: Design and implement robust web architectures leveraging headless CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok, Contentful) to enable flexible and efficient content management and delivery.

• Lead Technical Strategy: Define and drive the technical roadmap for web development, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging trends in web standards and technologies.

• Optimize Performance: Champion performance optimization initiatives, focusing on Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and responsive design to enhance user experience across devices.

• Mentor and Collaborate: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Ensure Quality and Compliance: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations.

Qualifications

• Extensive Web Development Experience: 8+ years of experience in web development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in building high-performance web applications.

• Proficiency in Modern Web Technologies: Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular.

• Headless CMS Expertise: Proven experience with headless CMS architectures, including content modelling, API integration, and front-end rendering strategies.

• Strong Understanding of Web Standards: In-depth knowledge of web standards, SEO best practices, and accessibility guidelines (WCAG).

• Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) frameworks like Next.js or Nuxt.js.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

• Background in performance monitoring and analytics tools (e.g., Lighthouse, Google Analytics).
