What You’ll own as Account Manager at Hevo

We are looking for a

proactive and strategic Account Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities within our existing customer base. In this role, you will nurture client relationships, understand their evolving needs, and maximize their value by recommending relevant solutions. Your goal is to increase account expansion, drive renewals, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand customer accounts by positioning additional products, features, and services that align with their business goals.

Account Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts through proactive engagement and solution-based selling.

Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business challenges, and act as a trusted advisor.

Renewals & Retention: Ensure high customer retention rates by demonstrating value and mitigating churn risks.

Data-Driven Insights: Leverage customer data and feedback to anticipate needs and recommend relevant solutions.

Collaboration with Sales & Product Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine upselling strategies and improve the customer experience.

Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Conduct regular business reviews to showcase ROI, highlight new opportunities, and reinforce long-term value.

Pipeline & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of upsell opportunities and revenue growth projections in CRM tools.

Experience Required

Experience: 4+ years in account management or sales, with a strong focus on upselling, cross selling and expansion.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS, technology, or B2B sales is a plus.

Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of value-based selling and customer-centric sales strategies.

Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical Mindset: Comfort with data-driven decision-making and reporting.

CRM Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is preferred.
