Inside Sales Manager

CloudTrucks is looking for a seasoned and experienced Sales leader to propel the Sales organization to the next level. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with CloudTrucks’ management team to shape the company’s commercial strategy. They will lead the execution of this strategy, drive revenue, and build an organization that is capable of operating at scale. This is a fantastic opportunity with a company that has a huge (and growing) market, strong product-market fit due to an early lead, and a strong founding team. As an integral member of the organization, you will play a key role in CloudTrucks’ success.

What You'll Do
  • Lead a team of Driver Onboarding Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team's success

  • Actively monitor and analyze the team’s performance in order to identify areas of improvement

  • Reinforce operational excellence - attaining SLA’s, sales opportunity oversight, SAO’s, etc.

  • Implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base, drive revenue growth, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly

  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and timely conversion of leads into sales

  • This role directly reports to the CRO

Who You Are
  • You have 5+ years of proven relevant sales management, preferably in a startup company, with at least 1-2+ years in sales management role. Marketplace experince is a plus

  • You can demonstrate that you’ve built scalable processes and implemented strategies that have led to a proven track record in SMB sales

  • You have strong negotiating and strategic selling skills – qualifying targets and prioritizing sales efforts

  • You have proven ability to develop/drive and thrive in a metrics-driven, process-based environment with high accountability

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and data analytics platforms
