WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• You actively shape the further development of DataGuard by managing and expanding the entire customer lifecycle for our new InfoSecaaS product

• You advise our customers on information security using our platform and develop information security management systems (ISMS) from scratch, which you continue to support afterward

• You guide our customers as a trusted partner through the audit process for certifications such as ISO 27001 or TISAX®️

• You support our Sales and Customer Success teams in cross-selling and up-selling to existing customers

• You drive the evolution of our InfoSec solution by providing valuable feedback to our product team.

THE QUALITIES YOU'LL NEED FOR A SUCCESSFUL CAREER AT DATAGUARD

Must

• Solid professional experience in IT and Information Security

• Hands-on experience with management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, SOC2, or TISAX®️

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles (consulting, project management, customer support, etc.)

• Process- and customer-oriented mindset

• Up-to-date knowledge of IT and information security trends with an interest in data protection

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English

Plus

• IT-related degree or training

• Experience in the SaaS or Legal Tech environment
