Role Overview

They’re seeking 3 experienced Python Developers to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. You’ll work with a high-caliber engineering group to build and optimize products that integrate with Cursor, OpenAI, and other intelligent tools. This is an opportunity to shape next-gen AI-powered customer engagement systems from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable Python applications

  • Integrate with OpenAI’s APIs and leverage LLMs in production environments

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build features powered by Cursor

  • Write clean, efficient, and testable code

  • Participate in code reviews and architecture planning

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve system performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience (excluding internships)

  • Experience integrating with OpenAI APIs or building LLM-based solutions

  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with Cursor (cursor.sh)

  • Strong knowledge of APIs, automation workflows, and cloud-based development

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in AI-driven platforms or automation tools

  • Familiarity with startups or high-growth environments

  • Knowledge of front-end or full-stack development is a plus
