Our design team partners with federal and state agencies to modernize systems and improve user experiences. We’ve worked with agencies such as the IRS and Grants.gov to streamline workflows and enhance accessibility. We are a fully remote company, and all employees must be based in the continental U.S. Some projects may require occasional travel, approximately 1-2 times per year.

• Collaborate with product and technology teams to improve digital user experiences

• Advocate for users while balancing business and technical constraints

• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform product and design decisions

• Support service design efforts to visualize systems and improve workflows

• Create wireframes and prototypes using established design systems

• Deliver UX, UI, and interaction designs ready for implementation

• Work transparently by sharing ideas and designs early and often
