Staff Software Engineer - Frontend

At Artisan, we're creating AI Employees, called Artisans, and software which is sleek, easy to use, and replaces the endless stack of point solutions. We're starting with outbound sales and our AI BDR, Ava. Our platform contains every tool needed for outbound sales - B2B data, AI email sequences, deliverability optimization tools and so much more.

We're growing very rapidly and recently raised a $25M Series A round from top investors. We are looking for superstars to join us on our rocketship growth as we relentlessly work towards building a multi-billion dollar company.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and scale beautiful, performant, and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.

• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

• Collaborate with team members, including back-end developers and UX/UI designers, to improve usability.

• Write clean, scalable, and documented code.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them into day-to-day work.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience building modern frontend applications, with a strong command of React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js.

• Expertise in CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, with a focus on building visually appealing, responsive designs.

• Proficiency in managing client-side state and server interactions with tools like React Query.

• Experience with consuming and integrating RESTful APIs and familiarity with backend/frontend collaboration.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect UI/UX designs.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a pursuit of perfection in your work.

At Artisan, we're on a mission to create the most advanced human-like digital workers, called Artisans, and the software operating system for startups across verticals. We're starting with sales through our Artisan Sales platform and Ava, The Sales Rep Artisan.

Our first Artisan, Ava, is a BDR who automates the entire outbound sales process and can be set up with a 10-minute conversation. Ava creates the user's ICP, prospects with her database of over 270M contacts, does lead research, crafts & sends highly bespoke email sequences, and books meetings into sales reps' calendars.

We recently launched Artisan Labs, our research lab where we're pioneering the foundational technologies required to create human-like digital workers.
