TechnicalDelivery&Program/ProductManagementLead

WeareseekingahighlyexperiencedandversatileTechnicalDelivery&Program/ProductManagementLeadtojoinourdynamicteam.ThispivotalhybridrolecombinestheresponsibilitiesofaProgramManager,ProjectManager,ProductManager,andTechnicalConsultant,makingitidealforahands-onleaderwhoexcelsattheintersectionofstrategy,technology,andexecution.Youwillplayakeyroleindrivingthedeliveryofcomplexdigitalsolutionsforsomeoftheworld'sleadingbrands.

Thishigh-impact,executive-facingpositionreportstotheVicePresidentofDeliveryandinvolvesmanagingfull-lifecycledeliveryofintegrationdesignandtechnicalprojectsacrossmoderntechnologiesandcloud/dataplatforms(e.g.,Adobe,Drupal,Azure,AWS,Snowflake,Databricks).

KeyResponsibilities:

Program&ProjectManagement:

Leadcross-functionalteamsacrosstechnicaldisciplinesandgeographiestodeliverenterprisecloud,data,anddigitalexperienceprojects.

ManageprojectsusingbothAgile/ScrumandtraditionalWaterfallmethodologies,tailoringtheapproachtoclientneeds.

Createandmaintaindetailedprojectplans,budgets,timelines,andresourceallocations.

Proactivelyidentifyandmitigateprojectrisks,manageissuesanddependencies,andensuretransparencyofprogressviatoolssuchasJira,Confluence,MSProject,orSmartsheet.

Product&ClientLeadership:

Translateclientbusinessgoalsintowell-scopedproductrequirementsanddeliverables.

Serveastheclient-facingproductanddeliveryleadforAdobeExperienceCloudengagements,guidingdiscovery,requirementsgathering,prioritization,andbacklogmanagement.

Writeclear,actionabledocumentationincludingBRDs,userstories,acceptancecriteria,andsprintgoals.

Serveasaliaisonbetweenclientstakeholders,creativeteams,engineering,andQA.

Technical&StrategicOversight:

Workalongsidetechnicalleadstoensuresoundarchitecturaldecisions,particularlyincloud,data,productengineeringandplatform(Adobe,Drupal,etc.)digitalexperiencesolutions.

Provideinputonsystemdesign,integrations,anduserexperiencetrade-offs.

Facilitateefficientmeetingsanddecision-makingforumswithinternalandexternalstakeholders.

Drivecontinuousprocessimprovementandadoptionofbestpracticesindeliverymethodology.

TeamLeadership&Collaboration:

Fosteracollaborative,high-performanceenvironmentacrossinternalteamsandexternalpartners.

Mentorjuniorteammembersanddeliverystafftosupporttheircareerdevelopment.

Coordinateeffortswithexternalvendorsandtechnologypartnerstomeetprojectobjectives.

PreferredQualifications:

12+yearsofexperienceinproject/productmanagementconsultingrolesfocusedonproductengineering,cloud,data,and/ordigitalplatformsandexperiencetechnologies.

Provensuccessleadingenterprise-scaletechnicalimplementations.

StrongworkingknowledgeofbothAgile(Scrum,Kanban)andWaterfallmethodologies.

Experiencedevelopingexecutive-facingproductroadmaps,writingandmanaginguserstories,sprintplans,projecttimelines,anddocumentationintoolslikeJira,Confluence,Smartsheet,andMSOffice.

Deepunderstandingofthesoftwaredevelopmentlifecycle,fromsalesandstrategytodelivery.

Exceptionalcommunication,facilitation,andclientmanagementskills.

Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsorworkstreamssimultaneouslyinafast-paced,matrixedenvironment.

PMPand/orScrumMastercertificationpreferred.

Experienceworkinginregulatedindustries(e.g.,financialservices,healthcare,industrial)andfamiliaritywithcomplianceframeworks(PCI,SOX,CAN-SPAM)isaplus.

ExperiencewithAdobeand/orDrupalplatformsandrelatedapplicationsanddigitalmarketingsolutionsisaplus.

Digitalagencyorconsultingbackgroundishighlydesirable.
