Game Producer

Gameloft is seeking a skilled Game Producer (Project Manager) to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of game production processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a role such as Project Manager, Game Producer, Project Coordinator, or Product Manager.
• At least 1 year of experience in the game development industry (preferably mobile).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong project planning skills with the ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence (or similar tools) is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, risk management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in analyzing team or project performance and building effective processes to improve efficiency.
• A high level of interest and knowledge of mobile games is essential.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.
