YouTube Producer/Host - German & French YT Channels

HubSpot Media is seeking a creatively talented and dynamic Producer/Host with extensive video production experience to join our team and help lead the creation of engaging, high-quality educational tutorial content for our German and French Marketing YouTube platforms.

Requirements

• Extensive experience producing, hosting, and writing educational video content
• Native or near-native fluency in German and conversational proficiency in French
• Strong on-camera presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills in German, and leadership skills to direct French-speaking hosts
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for light editing (basic trimming, color correction, audio syncing, etc.)
• Proven track record in video production and content creation, with understanding of how to craft content strategies that align with audience insights and platform optimization
• Expertise in researching and creating accurate, engaging, and audience-friendly educational content for diverse cultural audiences
• Deep familiarity with SEO and best practices for optimizing content performance across different markets
• Creative mindset and the ability to brainstorm unique and impactful content ideas that resonate with German and French audiences
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously across different languages
