Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to help structure and scale a rapidly growing healthcare business while working with complete schedule flexibility. You’ll play a crucial role in bringing multiple innovative projects to life, including wellness magazine production, clinic foundation development, and educational content creation. Your project management expertise will be essential in transforming creative medical and wellness ideas into organized, executable workflows that can impact thousands of patients and readers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive forward progress on multiple concurrent wellness projects including magazine production, clinic foundation setup, and educational content development
• Organize and streamline workflow for ongoing wellness magazine publication (building on 4 successful issues already completed)
• Coordinate exciting clinic foundation projects including wellness retreats, educational workshops, webinars, and filmed content for digital platforms
• Provide strategic project oversight and support to existing operations team members
• Transform founder’s innovative healthcare ideas into organized, actionable project plans with clear timelines
• Manage project deliverables across various wellness and mental health initiatives

Requirements

• 2-3 years of project management experience preferred
• Strong organizational and workflow management skills with ability to work independently
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities and innovative approaches
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills for remote collaboration
• Passion for healthcare, wellness, or mental health fields is a plus
