Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our team immediately.
This role will focus on building and maintaining a strong online presence across various platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable working with AI tools like ChatGPT.
You will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, and helping to grow our brand through visually appealing and strategically planned posts.
You will also work closely with our team and report directly to Ashley for ongoing requirements and direction.

Key Responsibilities

Design and schedule visually appealing content including graphics, slides, and light video editing.
Respond to comments and messages across social platforms with professional, grammatically correct English.
Use tools like ChatGPT to assist in generating captions, responses, and creative content ideas.
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media activity with marketing strategies.
Monitor engagement and suggest ways to improve performance and reach.
Stay up to date with current trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite). Basic video editing skills.
Strong written English and grammar skills. Experience using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content support.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines. Excellent communication and responsiveness.
Experience with social media analytics/reporting tools.
Familiarity with paid advertising on social platforms.
Prior experience in brand voice development or community management.
