Sales Development Representative (Inbound): part-time, remote

We are hiring for an SDR role to join our dynamic and growing team at Yantle. As a sales consulting company helping clients with outbound sales education, software, and hands-on implementation, we're currently seeing more demand from potential clients than we can handle. Because of this, why we’re looking for someone to join us, contribute meaningfully, and further develop their sales skills in a fast-growing environment. This is a remote, part-time role that could grow into a full-time position for someone eager to take on more responsibility. Role & Responsibilities: - Primary responsibility: Execute triage calls with interested prospects, i.e. conduct quick discovery sessions (~20min) and schedule qualified leads on our closers' calendar - Follow up with leads via email to ensure timely communication - Keep the CRM up to date with accurate lead details, call notes, and next steps to maintain a clear and organized sales pipeline This is an exciting opportunity for a high-energy, motivated, and experienced professional or sales freelancer. Since this is a part-time role, we prefer candidates whose expectations align with part-time work and who may already have other part-time jobs or contracts, as long as those commitments wouldn’t create any conflicts in terms of time or schedule. Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the Business to Business setting - Outgoing, high-energy, friendly - Professional - Relentless pursuit of competitive greatness - Proactively seeks solutions - Proven history of meeting and exceeding objectives - Ability to learn quickly and thoroughly - Thrives in a fast-paced environment You should be set up to work as an independent contractor or through a registered business entity.

Compensation

  • $18-25 / hour (depending on experience)
  • Generous weekly and monthly performance bonuses!

Location & Schedule

  • Flexible hours (you set your schedule, however, it must be within business hours)
  • Part-time (2-3 hours / day availability to take calls)
  • Monday to Friday
  • Fully remote
  • Must be able to work US timezone
