• For YOGA: Must have a 200-HR YTT Certification
• Interested in teaching a Vinyasa Yoga-based class that follows the B/SPOKE YOGA structure, which allows for freedom and creativity for the Instructor while providing consistency for our clients.
• For YOGA: SCULPT: Must have a 50-HR YSTT Certification or Equivalent Training
• Interested in teaching a Vinyasa-Based, on-the-beat Yoga Sculpt class that follows the B/SPOKE YOGA: SCULPT structure, which allows for freedom and creativity for the Instructor while providing consistency for our clients.
• At least one year of proven experience and success teaching YOGA and/or YOGA SCULPT in a group fitness setting.
• Have a passion for teaching, motivating, and inspiring others.
• Demonstrate an ability to craft an all-levels, accessible class supported by energetically matched music.
• Demonstrate a deep respect for the extensive history and culture of yogic practice.
• Possess a coachable attitude and be receptive to feedback.
• Maintain a high level of brand knowledge and ability to connect with Clients.
• Ability to deliver a high-quality experience consistently across all classes and client interactions.
• Stand for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging through day-to-day actions, and be willing to participate in studio initiatives, challenges, and learning opportunities.
• Promote and maintain the B/SPOKE culture of contagious energy, collaboration, teamwork, and support - both on AND off the mat and mic.

AUDITIONS / TRAINING SCHEDULE & EXPECTATIONS:

• Auditions will be held IN PERSON at our CAPE HOUSE Studio
• AUDITION DATE: THURSDAY JUNE 26 / 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM / CAPE HOUSE
• Make up options can be arranged if absolutely necessary
• Have availability to train with our B/SPOKE YOGA Founding Instructors VIRTUALLY & IN-PERSON according to the training schedule.
• Training sessions will be held virtually & in-person for a total of 6-8 hours of YOGA-specific training. Training timeline may vary based on experience and familiarity with the B/SPOKE brand YOGA. In-person sessions will be held at the CAPE HOUSE studio.
• Candidates cannot miss sessions. Make-up sessions can be considered on an as-needed basis, contingent on the availability of our training team.
• Have availability for weekly 1-2 hour small group cohort sessions with a B/SPOKE YOGA Coach, as needed.
• Take at least one YOGA class every week at various B/SPOKE studios, with multiple instructors from the time you are invited into training onwards (in person or ON DEMAND)
• Have a reliable music-playing device other than a cell phone.

AVAILABILITY EXPECTATIONS:

• Have the ability and willingness to teach at least three classes/week, at least one of which will be on a weekend (Sat/Sun). Be willing to accept additional subbing opportunities pending completion of training and schedule availability.
• Possess or be willing to acquire a current, valid CPR/AED Certification.

INTERVIEW & AUDITION PROCESS:

• Submit online application
• Be available to audition at B/SPOKE STUDIOS at CAPE HOUSE
• YOGA Audition: You will have the opportunity to showcase up to 5-7 minutes of teaching a "peak" vinyasa-style flow with music
• YOGA: SCULPT Audition: You will have the opportunity to showcase up to 5-7 minutes, teaching one sculpt side with music and movement on the beat
• (Optional) Reference Check
• (As indicated): Interview with a member of B/SPOKE Program Leadership
• Complete B/SPOKE YOGA Instructor Training
• Final demo at B/SPOKE Studios (you will have the opportunity to demo up to 2 times. This serves as your final audition and must be completed prior to offer)
• Receive offer and/or feedback.
