As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating client issues, analyzing symptoms, finding root causes, and resolving level 1 issues while maintaining excellent client communications throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound phone calls and chats in a timely and professional manner, ensuring consistent delivery of our procedures and scripts
  • Identify clients, collect relevant information, and create support tickets accurately
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer service as a first point of contact, delivering basic and advanced technical support
  • Meet individual KPIs, such as average talk time, tickets closed, utilization, and first call resolution
  • Work independently with direction and guidance from team leads and management, participating in rotating holidays and general support

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a structured IT Support environment (10+ team) or 3+ years of experience in Customer Service roles
  • Associate's degree and 1+ CompTIA certifications
  • Expert-level knowledge of networking, computing, peripherals, and business applications
  • Experience with remote support tools and network diagnostic tools
  • Strong ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
