We're on a mission to revolutionize the media landscape, and we're seeking a visionary Senior Product Solutions Manager to drive innovation and excellence. As a key member of our IT Services Enablement team, you'll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize product solutions that empower our engineering, product, and program management teams.

Job Summary:

In this strategic role, you'll assess business needs, define process and tooling requirements, and develop effective solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and strategic growth. Your expertise will bridge the gap between our shared services IT organization and internal business teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement product solutions that meet business needs, leveraging standard offerings and minimizing custom solutions
• Design and implement product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business priorities and available standard solutions
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, provide training and support, and monitor solution effectiveness
• Analyze data, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on aligning business processes with product solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, with familiarity with standard product offerings and tools in the media industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in streaming media or media-oriented organizations
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and create compelling, user-friendly documentation
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Confluence/Jira, Microsoft M365 Suite, and ServiceNow
