Job Summary:

We're seeking a Registered Nurse with a passion for home health care to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment. As a Home Health Care Specialist, you'll work 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with an ASAP start date. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing high-quality patient care, developing individualized care plans, and educating patients and families on home care techniques and health management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care in patients' homes, including assessments, wound care, and medication administration
• Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families on home care techniques and health management
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Travel Requirements:

To qualify for travel rates, you must live at least 60 miles from the facility.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2 years of nursing experience in home health or a similar setting
• BLS certification
• National and state RN certifications as required
