Key Responsibilities:

- Create personalized itineraries for customers, ensuring a tailored travel experience
- Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly, providing innovative solutions and personalized service
- Manage payments, send payment reminders, and handle flight changes, seat assignments, and concierge details
- Prepare client documents and travel tips, advising on what should be printed, and ensuring everything is ready 3 weeks before departure
- Assist with internal coordination, distribute necessary information, and set schedules to manage time effectively
- Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as backup travel support or the main point of contact during emergencies
- Continuously grow in your ability to implement tools that enhance our remote workplace culture
