About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service & Payment Collection Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections and provide knowledgeable answers to their queries. You will work closely with your managers to receive feedback and coaching, and utilize scripted customer feedback to ensure that you are always prepared to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collections and provide excellent customer service
• Keep in touch with managers to receive feedback and coaching on performance
• Provide customers with knowledgeable answers to their queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Access to a quiet and dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection
• GED or High School Diploma
• Ability to type quickly and accurately on a standard keyboard
