Job Responsibilities

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact, working directly with clients, implementing software solutions, managing internal workflows, and providing expert guidance to drive business success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Client Delight: Building exceptional client relationships through outstanding accounting and operational services, demonstrating a deep understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices, and supporting client onboarding processes.
• Team Delight: Collaborating with your manager and team members to ensure seamless communication, embracing new technology, and participating in recurring team and one-on-one video check-in meetings to drive success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, closing books monthly, and preparing financial reporting and analysis
• 5+ years of experience working within Government Contracting
• Ability to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST)
• Proven track record of managing day-to-day client relationships, working within established processes and budget parameters, and maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
