Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with managing their American Express accounts, including navigating the online portal and addressing inquiries
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate information and resolving issues effectively
  • Process account transactions, such as payments, balance transfers, and rewards redemption, in accordance with client instructions and company policies
  • Monitor account activity for fraudulent or suspicious transactions, taking appropriate action to safeguard client accounts and prevent unauthorized access
  • Educate clients on American Express products, services, and benefits, helping them make informed decisions that align with their financial goals and preferences
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to address complex client issues, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with American Express products, services, and online account management tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and productivity tools, such as email, chat, and CRM software
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to remote work
  • Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, based on client needs and scheduling requirements
