Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest service, including greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash wrap, sales floor, and stockroom
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and provide excellent guest service
• Adapt to changing situations, including sales promotions, inventory levels, and guest needs
