Job Summary: As a Scrum Master & Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple large-scale inter-departmental software technology and high-level infrastructure projects, utilizing the Scrum Agile Framework to implement solutions for our user community. Your expertise will be essential in initiating, planning, organizing, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects, ensuring successful execution and completion as measured by department goals and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of multiple agile teams and tactical aspects of large-scale projects
  • Implement engagement review and quality procedures in accordance with PMBOK methodology and Scrum Agile framework
  • Effectively manage scope, mitigate risk and issues, and determine budgetary designs
  • Monitor and measure agile scrum teams and project progress, taking corrective actions as necessary
  • Assist management in leading and facilitating project teams, maintaining accurate project documentation, and disseminating information to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience
  • 3-5 years of Scrum Master experience with SCRUM certifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in Project Management or related fields
  • Experience with multiple project management techniques, including agile process with SCRUM implementation frameworks
  • Thorough understanding of IT service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction
  • Elevated level of expertise with Azure DevOps setup
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks
