Key Responsibilities:

As an Online Adjunct Instructor, you will be responsible for:

• Teaching Career Development courses to students in an online environment
• Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans and activities to promote student learning and success
• Providing feedback and support to students to help them achieve their academic and career goals
• Collaborating with colleagues and staff to ensure a high-quality educational experience for students

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling, Human Resources, Recruiting, Business, Entrepreneurship, Administration, or Education
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of study
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Regular access to a computer with reliable internet connection and Microsoft Office
