As a Merchandiser, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the availability, visibility, and promotion of Coca-Cola beverages in retail stores across our territory.

Key Responsibilities: * Execute merchandising plans to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability in retail stores * Maintain product on store racks, shelves, displays, and in coolers by identifying replenishment needs * Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment * Implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns in accordance with company guidelines * Secure damaged or defective product while maintaining a clean product space * Ensure accurate product counts by properly managing backrooms and organizing backstock * Operate manual and powered handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) * Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to drive collaboration and maximize merchandising opportunities Requirements: * High school diploma, GED or equivalent required * 1+ years of experience working in grocery, retail, consumer goods, warehousing or related field preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships * Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred * Ability to repetitively lift, push and pull up to 40-55 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach * Valid driver's license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets or exceeds company requirements What We Offer: * Competitive salary: $19.50 + $0.67 per mile travel reimbursement * Opportunities for career growth and development * Comprehensive benefits package, including 401K, health insurance, life insurance, and paid time off * Employee referral bonuses, fitness reimbursements, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts * A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes inclusion Join Our Team Today!
