Job Summary

The Manager, Treasury Strategic Transformation will be responsible for leading a workstream of our Project Fast Forward initiative, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive key outcomes. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence and coordinate with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive project management to execute on strategic priorities
• Consistent application of governance standards across a broad set of stakeholders
• Extensive stakeholder engagement and facilitation
• Track progress against key program milestones

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, Regulatory Space or similar
• Instinctive project management acumen with attention to detail and ability to keep the big picture in perspective
• Strong relationship leadership with a track record of positively collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners
• Highly motivated self-starter and quick learner with effective and independent prioritization skills
• Powerful professional presence with the ability to set the right tone when engaging with others
