Remote Data Entry Specialist - Transportation Analytics

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our Transportation Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers navigate complex data sets to make informed decisions. If you have a passion for working with data, excellent SQL skills, and a strong understanding of business operations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with large, complex data sets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions
• Develop data visualizations using Tableau to display and quantify the impact of changes and business challenges
• Engage with cross-functional teams to establish credibility and share insights, partnering with Operations, Finance, and Product teams to drive business outcomes
• Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and improve data accuracy
• Document processes and share expertise with colleagues, mentoring peers to become Subject Matter Experts

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience with SQL and data manipulation
• 1-2 years of experience with Tableau and data visualization
• Business operations fluency, with a strong understanding of supply chain and transportation principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced experience with SQL, Tableau, and scripting languages (Python preferred)
• Experience with e-commerce operations, parcel service operations, or related fields
• Familiarity with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, or Tableau Prep
