About the Role:

As a Flight Attendant with Delta Airlines, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers, while also providing exceptional customer service. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering an unforgettable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with lifting and storing baggage into overhead compartments
• Show the use of safety and emergency equipment, and ensure safety requirements are met
• Plan, serve, and sell drinks and meals (including alcohol) to passengers
• Answer questions and assist passengers with special needs and conditions
• Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers in the event of delays or turbulence
• Control and direct emergency procedures or provide emergency care when required
• Provide clear and concise instructions to passengers in the event of an emergency
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve work objectives

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Qualification to work in the U.S.
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid visa and travel documents
• Completion of a pre-employment Department of Transportation (DOT) drug test and comprehensive background check
• Ability to sit in an assigned seat with safety belt and shoulder harness attached
• Ability to open emergency exits and close airplane doors weighing up to 60 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when required
