Position Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various ERP systems, including SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed. As a key member of our team, you'll provide actionable insights to optimize inventory management, drive efficient purchasing decisions, and propel business growth in the Vape and Smoke shop industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and generate detailed reports from SAP, iVend, Lightspeed, and other ERP systems to inform business decisions.
• Analyze sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory levels to identify gaps, opportunities, and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs, optimize purchasing, and drive sales growth.
• Create dashboards and visualizations in Excel to present data insights effectively.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data entries.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Analyst, preferably in the retail or Vape and Smoke shop industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, iVend, and Lightspeed.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of inventory management and sales data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
