Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Project Manager to join our team at Workwarp, a worldwide leading furniture manufacturer. As a Customer Service Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction, building sustainable relationships, and driving business growth. This is a remote opportunity with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Key Details:

  • Start Date: Immediate openings available
  • Location: Remote
  • Company: Workwarp
  • Compensation: $20-$24 per hour
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
  • Meet personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers and exceed their expectations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of customer service and project management experience
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with project management systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Experience in the furniture industry or hospitality industry is highly preferred
  • QuickBooks experience preferred
