We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Manager, Data & Analytics at our Sofia office. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and efficiency through the development, design, and management of our data and analytics solutions.

Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Information Specialist to join our dynamic team at The Coca-Cola Global Delivery Center in Sofia. As an Information Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating robust, secure, and scalable data processing products and tools, as well as reporting and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data and analytics solutions to drive business growth and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data processing products and tools
• Provide dedicated support for specific products and solutions, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Follow Agile and DevOps principles, implementing maintenance, tuning, testing, and troubleshooting tasks
• Work closely with the team to improve existing systems and integrate them into the company's operational environment

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related field
• At least 1 year of proven experience as a software developer
• Proficiency in using Database Management Systems (DBMS)
• Experience with Extraction, Transformation, and Load (ETL) tools and Online Analytical Processing (OLAP)
• Experience in cloud development, particularly with Azure services for data and analytics
• Related experience with data processing and reporting, preferably using Microsoft Power BI
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies, step up, act proactively, and improve
• Solid logical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop significant relationships

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must
• Experience with Git
• Knowledge of DAX, PySpark, C#, Scala, or Java will be considered an asset
• Web development skills will be considered valuable
