Job Summary

We're looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Experience Specialist. As a key member of our customer support team, you will:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure quick resolution of client issues
• Provide product and service information to customers

Requirements
