As a Bilingual Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Available to work between 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM Central Time (Mon-Fri), with some evening hours required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and typing skills
- Strong phone experience in surveys, sales, collections, or customer service
- Reliable PC or laptop (non-Chromebook) with malware/antivirus protection and a secure internet connection
- Able to work independently in a remote setting and maintain a high level of productivity
- Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to manage time effectively
- Available to start working immediately and commit to long-term project opportunities
