Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure a world-class customer experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach in a fast-paced environment
• Work in an environment with varying noise levels, temperatures, and weather conditions
