As an Account Manager - Retail SMB Business Sales, you'll be responsible for:

  • Introducing small and medium business customers to our latest high-tech 5G products and services that solve their unique business needs
  • Interacting with customers in retail stores, digitally, and through outbound prospecting to demonstrate the value of our products and services
  • Driving small business results through prospecting, networking, and working leads and referrals
  • Partnering with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives to drive sales results
  • Acquiring and retaining accounts in the small business segment using solutions-based selling techniques
  • Utilizing sales enablement systems and tools to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and book of business

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
  • Three or more years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel
  • Excellent people skills, including influencing, negotiating, conflict resolution, and the ability to build trust and act as an influencer at all levels
