About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing strategic plans to drive merchant growth and customer satisfaction
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and presenting insights to merchants
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in account management, sales, marketing, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or a related industry
