Remote Operations Manager - Amazon

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a Remote Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Amazon associates in a fast-paced distribution warehouse environment. You will have the opportunity to invest in others, foster a collaborative leadership style, and utilize the tools, processes, and operations that have made Amazon the most customer-driven company in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor, manage, and develop a team of 50-200 Amazon associates
• Convey policies to your team and act as the primary information source for the team, maintaining compliance, consistency, and taking corrective action when required
• Create, manage, and sustain recognition programs
• Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe working environment for all associates
• Ensure procedures are followed for building security and product loss prevention
• Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards
• Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer demand and ensure accuracy and quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or graduate degree with a conferral date between May 2021 and August 2023
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, access all areas of the building, and lift/move items up to 49 pounds
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to evaluate and dive deep into data to provide unique, practical business solutions
• Proven history of taking ownership and driving results
