Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and improvement across the organization

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in business development, analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improvement
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
