Fraud and Dispute Specialist - Remote Opportunity
Join our team at FNBO and take your career to the next level! We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to fill the role of Fraud and Dispute Specialist. As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' financial lives.
This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary of $18.00 per hour, plus a 10% shift differential for shifts starting at 1:30 pm or later. You'll also be eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
About the Role: As a Fraud and Dispute Specialist, you'll be responsible for using critical thinking and logic to distinguish between legitimate and potentially fraudulent transactions. You'll make outbound contact with customers, create fraud and dispute case files, and work independently to resolve customer issues. You'll also be expected to demonstrate professional behavior, promote positive working relationships, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Excellent oral and written communication, typing, and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a remote working environment
- Previous experience in fraud operations or contact center
