Job Summary: The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, answering inquiries, resolving problems, and fulfilling requests while maintaining database integrity in the Staff PM System. You will also assist the Data Entry/Reporting team in monitoring and effectively maintaining the volume of all DHP Credentialing mailboxes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers via phone and email
  • Resolve problems and answer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and database integrity in the Staff PM System
  • Assist the Data Entry/Reporting team in monitoring and maintaining DHP Credentialing mailboxes
  • Follow up with DHPs on credentialing requests and applications
  • Notify facilities on a monthly basis of DHPs that do not respond to credentialing requests
  • Maintain production and quality standards, and participate in special projects as needed
