Remote Agile Delivery Manager

We're seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team, overseeing multiple squads and ensuring seamless execution within the Agile Scrum framework. As a key player in our organization, you will manage dependencies across global teams, escalate blockers, and provide actionable insights through Jira and other reporting tools.

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including a Product Manager in France, engineers in Ukraine, and a Lead in the U.S. Your exceptional coordination and communication skills will be essential in driving success. Although this is a remote position, you will be required to work EST hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple squads, ensuring smooth execution within the Agile Scrum framework
• Manage dependencies across global teams, escalate blockers, and provide actionable insights through Jira and other reporting tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, engineers, and Leads
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business outcomes

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master
• Experience managing 2+ squads working on Software Development projects
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), specifically Program Increment (PI) Planning
• Strong understanding of dependency management and escalation processes for blockers
• Proficiency with Jira for reporting and experience leveraging Jira data to provide insights and metrics
