Join our team as a Data Analyst at the Good Jobs Innovation Lab, where you'll play a key role in driving program evaluation, design, and product innovation. As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional hybrid meetings in Oakland, CA.

About the Role

• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for lending and technical assistance, leveraging data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
• Visualize complex data stories, presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement improved products and services, driving business intelligence optimization and client outcomes.
• Conduct primary and secondary research to measure and evaluate best practices, innovations, and interventions, informing PCV's theory of change.
• Support key research and thought leadership efforts, ensuring effective design, delivery, and collaboration across teams.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: $70,000 - $85,000

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in data analysis or a related field, including internships
• College degree or relevant experience in a technical field, such as business analytics, economics, or applied statistics
• Strong understanding of cloud-based data infrastructure and excellent writing and communication skills
• Ability to learn new data ecosystems and tools quickly, with a self-starter mindset and comfort with ambiguity
