About This Job:

As an Associate Account Resolution Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our Record Goal team by utilizing your knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to drive success. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced call center environment where you will interact with delinquent customers, gather and organize repayment terms, and perform routine conditional tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Record Goal team by applying knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Communicate with delinquent customers to gather and organize repayment terms
  • Perform routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Record Goal, customer contact, client support, or sales environment
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Call center customer service experience in the financial services industry
  • Military experience in personnel management, processing military personnel requests, or related fields
  • Experience working with military protocol and regulations
