LEAD ASSOCIATE TRACKS Healthcare Revenue Cycle Track (in person or remote*) Hospital-based Operations Associates have a passion for service helping patients face-to-face through important administrative workflows related to their healthcare visits, such as patient registration, financial counseling and insurance verification. Associates in the track will have concentrations in hospital based & business operations concentration as well as analytics. Corporate Track (primarily in person at our Nashville corporate headquarters, with some remote opportunities available*) Business Operations Associates are curious and adaptable problem-solvers who prefer to serve patients behind the scenes through processes such as billing, insurance collections and insurant payment resolution. Associates in this track will have concentrations in hospital based operations, analytic, workforce & labor management, payer specialization, insurance payment resolution & inpatient authorization . Customer Service Operations Track (fully remote*) If you are looking for people-centered work, the Customer Service Operations (CSO) track offers fully remote opportunities to support specific patient needs including patient advocacy, appointment scheduling, patient account balance resolution, Medicaid eligibility and more. Physician Service Center Track (fully remote*) For those interested in learning the financial side of healthcare through the lens of physician care, the Physician Service Center track is a great option. PSC Associates will support patient account balance resolution specific to physician practices, urgent care centers, hospital-based physicians, home health & hospice through authorizations, cash collections, appeals, payment processing and more.
