Remote Account Manager (Part-Time Contract)

Job description We are seeking an organized and personable Remote Account Manager to join our team on a part-time contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys managing client relationships, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks. You will work closely with our team, including Carol, who currently manages client meetings and project kickoffs. In this role, you will be... responsible for stepping in when needed, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities • Client Coordination: Schedule and manage client meetings, including kickoffs and follow-ups, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and prepared. • Meeting Facilitation: Attend and facilitate client meetings as needed, representing the company professionally and ensuring that client needs are addressed. • Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks, including preparing PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets for client meetings and internal use. • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Carol and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Step in for Carol when she is unavailable to maintain continuity in client communications. • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. • Documentation: Keep accurate records of client interactions, meeting notes, and follow-up actions to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications • Experience: Prior experience in account management or a similar client-facing role is preferred. • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Comfortable using remote communication tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. • Organization: Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal team members. • Personality: Personable and approachable, with the ability to build strong client relationships and work well within a team.

Work Schedule • Approximately 75-90 hours per month, with some flexibility in scheduling
