Program Trainer-Part Time

Deliver OEM hospitality training to dealer leaders and dealership employees to help advance the brand’s transformation into Modern Luxury. This is a temporary assignment beginning August 4, 2025, and expected to conclude by November 24, 2025. The program runs for approximately 13–14 weeks, with travel required up to 75% of the time. Primary Responsibilities 85% - Delivers 3- to 4-days of training to retailers in territory. Fully understands the training objectives, and the concepts of Modern Luxury and hospitality. Uses presentation skills to engage participants during training and possesses knowledge of the OEM’s products and clientele. Engages with leadership team to coach them on program theme sustainment, survey data, and technology platform (MLPX). Observes and assesses dealership staff to ensure all training delivered is being implemented in their client interactions. Manages dealership training schedule onsite to ensure that employees have access to modules required for certification. Delivers surveys, quizzes using technology provided. 15% - Fulfills administrative requirements with associated programs and training such as creating and submitting various reports, participating in status update meetings, and keeping Maritz management informed of potential challenges or opportunities related to the program. Qualifications 1. Understanding of the auto industry and retail environment; knowledge of hospitality industry and parallels with auto. 2. Ability to learn and train others on program requirements. 3. Consultative skills of problem-solving, research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail. 4. Ability to be a self-directed, independent contributor to the team, while contributing to the overall team’s desired outcomes. 5. Ability to structure and manage territory and workload. 6. High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams. Travel Requirements
