College Recruiter Key Responsibilities Your Mission: Pioneer a revolutionary talent pipeline by identifying, engaging, and inspiring 100 exceptional CS/ML minds from Stanford and MIT through immersive campus experiences and authentic relationship cultivation. Basic Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 1 year in college recruiting or university admissions, demonstrating exceptional candidate engagement
- History of crushing recruitment targets and exceeding engagement metrics
- Portfolio showcasing successful, creative recruitment events that left lasting impressions
- Expert-level project management skills with quantifiable achievements
- Proficiency in ATS/CRM systems for strategic pipeline management
- Ready to call Austin, TX your home base
- Embrace a travel-intensive lifestyle (up to 75% during peak seasons: January-May, August-November)
