Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and grow our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competition
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create and implement effective sales campaigns
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track progress using CRM software
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Train and motivate sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products
  • Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a software/technology industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
